Dear Janice and family,
I am deeply sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I had her as my third-grade teacher. She was my family’s friend. She came to my mother’s funeral. She would stop in town and always talk. She always had ‘her smile’. The town is not as bright as it once was.
Below her obituary is my brother, Dale. I feel your pain. While we will say ‘they are in a better place’ I also know a large part of me does not care. I want them HERE. When we say sorry for your “loss” that is an understatement. Losing someone we love leaves such a big hole in our life that just is not going to be replaced. I can say that she definitely loved her husband, and she did seem lost when he passed. She IS in a better place. She IS happier now. I know this, but we will still miss her terribly.
May your heart heal quickly, and the sweet memories see you through. Much love to you all.
Donna Cleveland Weigel

Mrs. Stamp was such a wonderful person, she will be missed. I will never forget she remembered all of our names years later when we all grown up.

To the whole family of "Mrs Stamp" and Janice my childhood friend. I had Janet as my third-grade teacher. She was my grandmothers dear friend and our family friend. She came to my mothers funeral. I would see her in town and always stop and talk. She carried that smile all the time. There is a void left in the town now. She was such a bright ray of sunshine. I know she will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss.
