Age 82, of Watkins Glen, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Friday from 4:00-6:00pm. A private funeral and committal service will be held at the convenience of the family; and burial at Rock Stream Cemetery. Alice was born in Kane, PA, the daughter of the late William and Ruth Forsythe. She worked as a 6th Grade School Teacher for Odessa-Montour Central School and retired in 1985. She was predeceased by her brother, Frank Forsythe. Alice is survived by her husband Max, and recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on December 27, 2012. Three sons, Max Moore II of Walled Lake, MI, Michael (Valerie) Moore of Burdett, and Mark (Catey) Moore of Washougal, WA; brother, William (Sybil) Forsythe of Indiana; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
