Age 69, of Montour Falls passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at home. Anne was born October 10, 1946 in Montour Falls, the daughter of the late James and Josephine Colunio. She worked at The Falls Home in Montour Falls for many years, where she enjoyed the staff and residents. Anne also loved her family, friends and grandchildren. Anne is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles F. Mathews; her children, Nina (Tom) Hausner of Burkburnett, TX, Larry (Melissa) Foster of Attleboro, MA, and Chad Mathews of Montour Falls. She is also survived by a brother, Jimmy Colunio and two sisters, Patricia (Rick) Williams and Lisa Kelly; and in-laws. Survivors also include her most cherished 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her parents. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes you to consider a donation in her memory to your favorite charity.
