A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, NY on Tuesday (July 28th) at 3:00pm. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, 11 sisters and brothers, and her husband, John. She is survived by five children, Lemuel Shipps, Sheila Shipps, Mary (Harold) Strouse, Tina (Bill) Hall, and Darlene (Dave) Wood; sister, Alice (Mayard) Kise; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.
