Age 68, of Hector, NY, passed away June 19, 2021.
Cristie worked hard at Big Johnson Country Tavern in Hector for many years. She was everybody’s best friend and did all she could to make Hector a community. She was a strong woman full of heart and left a mark on everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her son Robert Winkky of Elmira Heights; daughter Kiira Winkky of Elmira Heights, brothers, Ingvald Martinson III of Asbury, NJ, and Corie Martinson of Riegelsville, PA; sisters Cindie Bonsall of Hellertown, PA and Cibbie Lattig of Easton, PA.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday (June 27) from 11am - 1pm at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hector Food Bank, Valois-Logan-Hector Vol. Fire Dept or the EB Pert Memorial Library.
