(the community aka Momma Cindy)

Age 62, of Watkins Glen, NY passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.  She was born January 27, 1961 in Montour Falls, New York, the daughter of Franklin and Elizabeth (Schoffner) Stoddard.  

Momma Cindy will be remembered for her love of others, genuine heartfelt chats, ability to relate to others, and gave way more than she ever received. She was always humble, thoughtful and caring.  She enjoyed living in the country, a good book, and naps.  Even though she struggled the majority of her life with health issues, she always looked out for others.  

Momma Cindy is survived by her resilient, strong, and loving two daughters: Kristin (Nicholas) Haner of Watkins Glen, NY and Angel Rappleye (Mike Zaric) of Tyrone, NY.  She also leaves behind the following grandchildren, aka furbabies: Mr. Mi-Yagi, Pudge, Diesel "Kitty", Silas, SJ, Bandit, Bashful, and a neighborhood Fart Squirrel.  Cindy had a connection and love for all Hoppy Toads; she even had the ability to hold and pet them until they fell asleep in her hand.  

Cindy was predeceased by her parents, Franklin and Elizabeth Stoddard, and brother Joe Dee Stoddard. 

A future celebration of life and burial will be determined at a later date.
