Age 80, of Horseheads and formerly Rock Stream, passed away July 9, 2022.
The family will receive friends at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen on Friday (July 15) from 11:30am-1:30pm. A funeral service will be held at 1:30pm at the funeral home; followed by burial at Lakeview Cemetery in Watkins Glen.
Edna was born on June 5, 1942, the daughter of the late Homer and Frances Rappleye. She graduated from Watkins Glen High School. She was predeceased by her parents and brother and sister, Harold “Pete” Rappleye and Ruth Ehrhardt.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ron Johnson; children, Kelly (Bryan) Bernal of Watkins Glen, Jeff (Lorena) Tobey of Rock Stream, Kathy (David) Crans of Watkins Glen, Bonnie (Scott) Densmore of Las Vegas, Kathy (Peter) Farley of Ithaca, Karen Pitzeruse of California, Larry (Angie) Johnson of Bradford, NY, Brenda Houck of Painted Post, and Bobbie (Dale) Printy of Connecticut; brother and sister, David and Shirley Rappleye; 18 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
