Ernest Alton Easling, Jr.
Age 70, of Cronk Rd., Montour Falls, passed away June 30, 2014 unexpectedly. He was born November 16, 1943 in Corning, New York to Ernest Alton Easling, Sr. and Fern (Card) Easling. He served in the United States Army for 3 years after High School and retired from US Salt in January 2009 with 38 years of service. Ernie is predeceased by his parents, brother Earl, and wife Ann of 33 years. Ernie is survived by daughters, Michele Stone (Hector Lopez), Melissa (Isaac) Candelario; grandchildren, Sierra Murphy, Gloria Candelario and Esteban Lopez; brothers and sisters, Richard (Susie) Easling, Shirley Scott, Janice (David) Gee, and Elmer Borden; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Monday, July 7th, from 11:00am-2:00pm; followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm.
