Frances Miller 

 83, of Lindley, NY, went to be with her Lord, on November 6, 2024. 

 The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church, 213 E. Fifth St., Watkins Glen on Saturday (Nov. 16) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a  funeral service at the church at 11 a.m.; her son Pastor Jeffery Miller will officiate. A reception at the church will follow funeral services. Her burial will be at Hope Cemetery in Corning at 2:15 pm.

 She was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years, Rev. Leonard Miller on Sept. 19, 2023. She is survived by three children Randy (Sara) Miller of Manchester, CT; Jeff Miller of Southport, NY; and Ginger (Wayne) Martin of Jersey Shore, PA; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; also two sisters, Eleanor Pevo of Montour Falls and Bonnie Smith of Clarks Summit, PA. 

 She was born on March 9, 1941, in Addison, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Glenna (Stratton) Hibbard. She grew up in Addison and graduated from Addison High School, class of 1958. 

 She loved caring for her flower gardens, and most of all, spending time with her family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the church.
