He worked at Watkins Salt Co. (Cargill) and retired from there after 37 years. Jim loved hunting and fishing. When it was time to cut up the deer, it was his job to cook the tenderloin. Yum! Jim loved spending time working outside in his yard. If he wasn’t working in his yard, he would be in his garage working on his many lawn tractors or someone else’s. Jim fulfilled his dream of having his own garage and spent many hours there working. He also loved spending time with his family and friends.
