Jean Fazzary
82, of Watkins Glen, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Saturday (March 8th) from 1:00pm-3:00pm; followed by a funeral service at 3:00pm at the funeral home and a reception at the Moose Club in Montour Falls. A committal service and burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in the spring. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Burdett and Marion Odson; and sister, Judith Leonard. She is survived by a son, Stephen Fazzary (Jan Ruzicka) of Ithaca; daughter, Suzanne (Edward) Menio of Watkins Glen; nephew, Jeff (Verica) Leonard of Indiana; grandchildren, Jessica Robinson of Texas (husband, Obin Robinson, AM1(AW), USN), Lucas Fazzary of New York City, Joshua Menio (fiancée, Aubrie Spanfelner) of Syracuse, Jade Menio of Virginia, and Chelsea Menio of Watkins Glen; her loyal dog, Jake; and many special friends. Jean was a member of the local Red Hat Society, and Women of the Moose #426 in Montour Falls. She enjoyed puzzles and crafts, traveling and lunch with her friends. She also enjoyed hosting family gathering in her home.
