Age 42, of Watkins Glen, passed away on May 7, 2013. Once in awhile you meet someone who makes everyone feel special, whose heart is like no other and who radiates love and compassion. We are lucky to call them our friend, our mentor, or sister. LaBrina was that person and will dearly be missed by her family and friends. She loved to cook, entertain and meet new people. She loved to draw and would do so for her friends. She also loved music, watching movies, and would decorate and make wherever she lived a home. LaBrina was someone who listened and counseled many people. She loved people. LaBrina is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Henry and Denise, Dennis and Johnnie, Andre and Catherine, and Joseph Hearn; sister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Andrew Worthy; nieces, Nina Askew, Brianna Kimbrough, and India Kimbrough; grandnephew, Hunter Askew; and grandniece, Khaylee Kimbrough. A celebration of her life will be held at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen on Saturday, May 18th, with a gathering of family and friends from 2:00pm-3:00pm; followed by a memorial service at 3:00pm.
