Linda Gardner

Gardner, Linda L. (Kacoyannakis-Bennett) Age 61, of Watkins Glen, NY, entered Heaven on April 10, 2007. Linda was born on August 16, 1945 in Waltham, Massachusetts to the late Cora Gertrude (Mains) Kacoyannakis and George J. Kacoyannakis. She was predeceased by her step-father, Albert Ward Bennett, and half brother Lynn Bennett. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 42 years, William L. Gardner, son Kevin and wife Sally (Howell), Horseheads, NY, daughter Kimberly Voorheis (Gardner), Orlando, FL, son Craig and his wife Sarah (Bartow), Watkins Glen, NY; grandchildren, Jordyn Alexis, Heidi Angel, Noah Schuyler, Aiden Harrison, and step-granddaughter Margaret Ann. In accordance with Mrs. Gardner’s wishes a Celebration of Life will be held at the Watkins Glen Golf Course, on Satuday, April 28, 2007 from noon until 4:00 p.m. Those wishing to remember Mrs. Gardner in lieu of flowers may make a memorial donation to Schuyler Hospital Auxiliary c/o Schuyler Hospital. Mrs. Gardner worked and retired from Schuyler Hospital as a medical records coder. Donations may also be made to Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E. Corning Rd., Corning, NY 14831.
