ROBBINS, Margaret O.

Age 77 of 320 North Glen Ave., Watkins Glen, NY passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Schuyler Hospital, Montour Falls, NY. Margaret is survived by four sisters, Virginia Wright of Florida, Grace Rockwell of Odessa, NY, Barbara Sundrell of Newfield, NY and Stella Louise Schoental of Arkansas, as well as three brothers, Alva Robbins, of Odessa, NY, Delmont Robbins of Newfield, NY and William Robbins of Watkins Glen, NY. She is also survived by her many friends and family at The Arc of Schuyler. Margaret will be remembered as a fun loving woman with a great sense of humor and an adventurous spirit. She loved travelling and staying in nice hotels. She enjoyed spending time with friends at concerts in the park, at bowling events and especially at the Silver Spoon Café, where she visited and dined frequently. Margaret's hobbies included, caring for her aquarium, arts and crafts, and listening to music. Margaret was also a past volunteer for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Royce Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 East Fourth Street, Watkins Glen, NY on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 5 to 7 PM. Her funeral service will be held following visitation at 7 PM. Interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Odessa, NY will be on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 2 PM.
