Mildred Ebner
Age 91, of Rock Stream, passed away on February 7, 2013. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Rudolph Ebner, on March 22, 2010. She is survived by her three daughters, Barbara Diedrichs of Burdett, Jean Carey of Interlaken, and Patricia Ebner of California; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Pat Smith of Florida, three grandchildren, Karoline Diedrichs, Michael Diedrichs, and Rudy Sporman; five great-grandchildren; and her three best friends, Simone, Monique and Baby. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 4:00pm-6:00pm; a funeral service will immediately follow at 6:00pm. Burial will be held Thursday at Bath National Cemetery in Bath at 2:00 p.m. Mildred was born in Manhattan, NY on August 22, 1921. She was formerly from Long Island, later moving to Rock Stream, NY. Mildred was an active member of the Montour Falls Art Club, and enjoyed working in oil and water color, sketching, and ceramics. She also previously volunteered at Schuyler Hospital.
