Myrna L. Jennings

Age 70, of Montour Falls and formerly of Jennings Rd. in Watkins Glen, passed away at her home on Monday, May 3, 2010, surrounded by her family.

Myrna was predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, Demerville (Mert) Jennings; son, Murray H. Jennings; twin sister, Maureen K. Harrison; brother, Pete (George) Canfield; and parents Mary Wilbur and Carlton Kent.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna J. (Ronald) Kelley; grandchildren, Murray E. Kelley and Rhonda L. Kelley; great granddaughter, Taylor L Kelley; nieces and nephew, Jerry (Shelly) Harrison, Mary “Gert” Harrison, Joy (Joe) Crane, Kristen (Derek) Bacon; special brother-in-law Tom Harrison; lifelong friends, Bruce and Lois Morris, Alice Donahue, Jackie Cummings, and June Dunham.

Myrna enjoyed sewing, bird watching, baking, dinner with friends, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by everyone, who knew her. According to her wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be at the Glenwood Cemetery along side her husband and son at the convenience of the family.
