Sally Louy

Age 58, of Elmira and formerly Watkins Glen, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2023.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday (Sept. 16) at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen. Funeral services will directly follow at 6:00p.m.

She was born May 10, 1965 in Montour Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Donald and Betty Louy.  She is survived by two sisters, Donna Ennis of Lyons, and Helen (Arthur) Nelson of Rock Stream; brother, Michael Louy of Painted Post; uncle, David (Penny) Russell of Odessa; aunts, Margaret (Dale) Grant of Woodhull, Jane Nicholson of California; special niece, Faith (Brian) Thompson of Elmira and their children, Michael Abby, Alexader McKie, Logan Cameron, Bryan Thompson and Helen Thompson; and several other nieces and nephews.
