Sarah H. Bargesser
Age 59, of Pine City, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, March 14, 2011.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the Pennsylvania Ave. United Methodist Church in Pine City, Friday, March 18, from 11:00am-1:00pm; funeral service following at 1:00pm; Pastor James Crupi officiating; and burial at Hanlon Cemetery in Gillette, PA at a later date.
Born in Waverly, NY to the late Alva and Louisa Chandler, Sarah was the youngest of 14 children. She was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church of Southport. She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 39 years, J. Daniel Bargesser; children Todd (Alissa) Bargesser, Tracy (Kyle) Chedzoy, Teri (Mark) O'Dell, son-in-law, Michael J. Olmstead. Also, her brother-in-law, Kenneth Bubacz, who raised her since a little girl; a very special niece, caretaker and loving friend Annette Bubacz; special nieces/sisters, Tammy (Kurt) Traub, Shelly McClure; brothers and sisters, Joyce (Fritz) Janowsky, Florence (Harold) Langeland, Norman ( Ellen Wolcott) Chandler, Delores (Ora) Whipple, Robert (Lila) Chandler, Mary Foster, Dale (Leona) Chandler; 9 grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Haleigh, Noah, Sarah, Brady, Ava, Benjamin, and Christopher; special great nieces and great nephews, Stephanie, Megan, Todd, Sandy, Jonathan, and Brittany; and mother-in-law, Ruth Veina. She was predeceased by four brothers and sisters, Betty Bubacz (special sister and best friend), Alva James "June", Asa, Albert Chandler and Annamae Waltman.
Despite the obstacles that Sarah overcame in her life, she was a happy optimistic person who loved the Lord and her family.
