LEWIS, Tracey V.

Age 92, formerly of Co. Rt. 19, Beaver Dams and a resident of The Falls Home, Montour Falls, passed away Monday, December 22, 2008, at Schuyler Hospital. Friends are invited to call at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Monday, December 29, from 1-3 p.m.; with funeral services following visiting hours at 3:00 p.m.; burial in Beaver Dams Cemetery.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marie Lewis on June 12, 2001. He is survived by his daughters, Betty (David) Ellison of Savona, NY, Norma (Richard) Bliss of Graham, NC, Eileen Peck of Lowman, NY; brother, Arch (Shirley) Lewis of Watkins Glen; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Tracey worked almost 30 years for Ingersoll-Rand in Painted Post and retired in 1981. He served in the US Navy at the end of WWII, and was a past member of the Beaver Dams Volunteer Fire Department.
