Willard B. Mosher
Age 91, of Valois, came to the end of his journey on July 24, 2014. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 71 years, Gloria and his children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Alice and Arthur Mosher; son, Willard S. Mosher, great-grand-daughter Christina Voorheis; brothers and sisters-in-law, Alfred and Hilda Mosher, and Everald and Nina Mosher; sister-in-law, Evelyn Hart Mosher; brothers-in-law, Ed Rosenberger and George Green; nieces and nephews, Judy Hollenbeck, Ethel Green, Robert Mosher, Donald and wife Phyllis Mosher, Duane Ellis, Jimmy Rosenberger, and Tommy Mosher. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Larrabee Mosher, daughters, Patricia Dunbar-Mosher of Alpine, Linda (Roland) Voorheis of Valois, Diana (Michael) Gianvito of Sunrise, FL, and Kathleen (Nolan) Seaton of Ithaca; son William E. Mosher of Valois, and Cheyenne Mushei, who Willard and Gloria raised since she was 9 months old; brother, W. Frederick Mosher; sisters, Barthilda Rosenberger, I. Betty Mae (William) Green, and Mary Louise Mosher Green (Don) and Marzetta Parkhurst; 23 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Tuesday, July 29th, from 12pm-1pm; followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm. A committal service will be held at Nichols Cemetery in Nichols, NY at 3:00pm.
