William F. Cameron, Jr.
Age 70, of Rock Stream, NY, passed away at Bath VA Medical Center on July 5, 2019.
William was born May 23, 1949 in Monmouth, NJ to William and Alice Cameron. He is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Marines from July 5, 1967 to March 2, 1970.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:00am on Friday (July 19th) at Bath National Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Laura of 52 years; children, William Cameron III of Penn Yan, Jesse Cameron Sr. of Rock Stream, Sharon Crans of Dundee, and Floyd Cameron of Rock Stream; sister, Barbara Pascale; sisters-in-law, Merry Lou Beam of Dundee, Evelyn (Bill) Huchler of Washington, NJ, and Lindsey (Robert) Starr of Tyrone; brother-in-law, Richie Dipple of Dundee; grandchildren, Jesse Cameron Jr of Bath, NY; Anthony Cameron of Dundee, NY; Amanda Crans of Auburn, GA; Aron Crans of Dundee, NY; Ayla Belknap of Ithaca, NY; Alice Gilbert of Dundee, NY; 2 great-grandchildren, Cole Easling of Auburn, GA; Jesse Cameron III of Bath, NY and some nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Arnot-Ogden Hospital on Unit 5D and all nurses and staff at the VA Medical Center for their care. You were like a second family to him and stood by his side the whole time. Thank you!
