Age 78, of Elmira, passed away October 2, 2022.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen on Sunday (October 9) from 1pm-3pm; followed by a funeral service at 3:00pm.
Bill was born September 4, 1944 in West Virginia and served in the US Army after graduating from high school. He is survived by his wife, Tina Hall; and children, Michael, Candy, Mary, Amy, Shannon, William Jr., Chris, Bobbijo, Alexis, and Andrew; 17 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Sandy Kresge.
